Robert L. Bradley Counseling

New Hartford Central School’s counseling program is designed to meet the needs of students’ academic, social/emotional, and career growth. School counselors are professionals who serve as student advocates and collaborate with families, school social workers, teachers, other educators, and outside resources.

Working in conjunction with these interested parties, school counselors facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skill sets necessary for students to become productive and contributing members of society.

Meet the School Counselor

Kathleen Koscinski

My name is Kathleen Koscinski, and I am the School Counselor at Bradley Elementary.

Having grown up in Central New York my entire life, it is my pleasure to be working at Bradley Elementary, in the New Hartford Central School District. I attended Utica College and received my bachelor of science degree in Child Psychology-Child Development in the Spring of 2009. I then went on and attended Syracuse University and received my Master of Science degree in School Counseling, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Counseling in the Spring of 2012.

In the fall/winter of 2013 and the spring of 2015 I was a substitute elementary school counselor in the Liverpool School District. I started in the New Hartford School District in the fall of 2015. I love spending time with my children, Zachary and Vanessa and my husband, Bryan. In my spare time I love to be with my friends and family. I also love to cook, read, go shopping and am an avid Syracuse Men’s Basketball fan! Go Cuse!
