Builders Club and Mock Trial Launch “Field of Honor” Project to Celebrate Veterans Day

The Perry Junior High Builders Club and the Senior High Mock Trial Club are proud to announce their upcoming Field of Honor project — a meaningful Veterans Day fundraiser to honor those who have served our country.

Community members are invited to sponsor an American flag with a minimum $5 donation. Each sponsored flag will be placed on the lawns of the Junior and Senior High, creating a powerful visual tribute to veterans and service members in our community. The Fields of Honor will be on display from November 5th through the 12th, in honor of Veterans Day, reminding students and visitors alike of the courage and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to Clear Path for Veterans, a local organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families through programs that promote wellness, connection, and community reintegration.

This project gives our students the opportunity to show gratitude to the men and women who have served, while also supporting an organization that makes a real difference in their lives. Community members wishing to sponsor a flag can make their donations by cash or check (payable to Builders Club) and submitting in one of the following ways:

  • By mail to Perry Jr. High, Attention: Builders Club, 9499 Weston Road, New Hartford, NY 13413
  • By dropping off to the main office at Perry or the Senior High (Attention: Builders Club)
  • Collections will be taken at both Perry and the Senior High from October 27th through November 4th

For more information or questions, please contact Maggie Pokorny, Builders Club Advisor at mpokorny@nhart.org or Peter Anderson, Mock Trial Advisor at panderso@nhart.org. We hope that you will join us as we honor our veterans and create a Field of Honor that symbolizes respect, gratitude, and community pride.
