Six New Hartford Central School District students will play music in Europe in July.

The students will travel with American Music Abroad, which hosts student tours of Europe for high school and college-aged musicians.

The New Hartford students will join more than 100 musicians from New York and New Jersey to perform in Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.

Joining the tour will be (also pictured left to right in the photo above): Elijah Campbell (trombone and viola), Michael Caruso (percussion), Dan MacTurk (tuba), Lucas Ferguson (horn), Grace Hollenbeck (clarinet) and Harper Callard (clarinet).

The students were selected based on teacher recommendations.
