In a "Sticky" Situation!
As part of becoming a third grader, students learn how to become responsible in and out of the classroom. This entails following daily procedures and doing what is needed to be prepared for school each day. Students are expected to have the following materials each day in school: agenda planner, take home folder, homework, items for a special (gym sneakers, library book, instruments) and any other personal items, such as glasses, that are needed for a successful day at school!
The responsibility jar is a system to help students learn to become more responsibile individuals! If a student forgets a responsibility, they will have to place their token into the jar. At the end of the week, we will have a drawing for students who have maintained their token for the week. The winner of the drawing may earn an extra responsibility in the classroom, a prize, or priveledge!
