    Hola me llamo Señorita Garry.

I am originally from Oneida, NY.  I attended SUNY Cortland where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Adolescent Spanish Education and my Master's Degree in English as a Second Language (ESL).  During my undergraduate studies I traveled to Madrid and Málaga, Spain for a six-week study abroad experience. I completed another study abroad experience while working on my Master's in San José, Costa Rica during July 2016.  I plan to travel back to Costa Rica in July 2019.

I taught 7th and 8th grade Spanish at JFK Middle School as a long term substitute during the 2015- 2016 school year and have been working at New Hartford since September 2016.  I am excited to begin another year at Perry.

I am very passionate about the Spanish language and culture and I look forward to teaching your Spanish class this year.  You may email me at tgarry@nhart.org with any questions.
