• Apps are the building blocks to our school webpages. They hold the content of the pages. After you have created an app you can share it with your colleagues for them to add. For example, if you have an app listing your class / course books you can share this app with your grade level/ department colleagues and they can add it to their page.

    The sample below is a Book List App I created. I have shared this app by clicking on the OPTIONS button (top right when app is in edit mode); select the groups to share to and click SAVE

    Only you, the creator, of the app has edit access. Therefore, if you make changes to your app it will automatically be changed on the pages this app used. When sharing apps with colleagues it is important to keep this in mind.
