    *Students identified through the CSE are eligible for a "safety net" on state exams.  Such students must take the required Regents exams and if they do not reach the minimum 55, may take the Regents Competency Test (RCT).  CSE students who use a passing score on an RCT to meet state exam requirements will receive a Local Diploma.
