My name is Eve Calli, and I am delighted to be teaching 9th grade Resource this year. This is my 20th year of teaching, and I have enjoyed each and every year of my tenure as a teacher. I have previously taught 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th grade Resource, Learning Center, Transition 8 English, and Corrective Reading.
A little about myself: I grew up in New Hartford and am proud to say that I am a New Hartford High School graduate. I attended Syracuse University and received my masters degree from the College of St. Rose. Shortly after, I was hired by New Hartford to teach. I have been married for 37 years to my high school sweetheart. My husband and I have three children who reside in the area. I also have three wonderful grandchildren and am an 'animal lover.' I have three pets ~Lexie, a Black and Tan Coonhound, Milo, a Boston Terrier, and Poppie ( a tiger cat). All of these animals were rescued.
In my spare time, I love to walk, bike, and spend time at our camp in Old Forge. I also love baseball, especially the Red Sox!
