Ms. Kathy Donovan
"Two of my most favorite things to do are working in the Apple Operating System and working with children. Both offer a creative platform to foster my growth as an educator and a person. Each day things are always evolving and changing in technology and in each child. I feel blessed to work in an environment which helps me witness the growth of my students through the serendipidous nature of computer technology.
Previous work experience:
Creative Services Manager 1991-1995
Creative Services Dept.

Do you have any children?
Yes, I am a mother of two college-aged young men.
What do you like to do?
I like to be creative in just about everytihng I do. I use the computer in my graphic design work, I paint and also sculpt in clay. I have studied with NY sculptor James McDermid who has become my main mentor in my fine art work. I am currently a resident studio artist at 4 Elements Studio in Utica, NY.
What did you do before you started teaching computer technology?I was an Art Director at a trade association in Connecticut. I was in charge of designing brochures, newsletters and other print material as well as making sure everything was done on time. I moved up to Central New York with my husband in 1996.
