• Students will experience whatever reading programs meet his/her needs.  At times, students do one reading program and other times they do two reading programs at once.

• To accompany the programs, students will be given a bi-weekly spelling list, and a spelling test every other Friday. 
  

• Writing will coincide with the reading programs and will focus on specific skills each quarter.
