Hyde, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction.Mr. Hyde has more than two decades of public education experience as both an elementary classroom teacher and administrator. He has served the District as the principal at E.R. Hughes Elementary before being appointed Assistant Superintendent in 2014. Mr. Hyde earned his bachelor's degree from St. Bonaventure University, master's degree in education from Mansfield University, and a certificate of advanced study from SUNY Cortland.
Marybeth Zalewski, Office Secretary to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction.
Mrs. Zalewski has served the district since 2011. She lives in New Hartford with her husband and is the parent of three New Hartford graduates.
Meggan Alt, Instructional Support Specialist
Mrs. Alt began her teaching career in New Hartford in 1997. Since then, she has had experience in special education and AIS Math, but the majority of her time has been spent in the elementary classroom. In her current role, she works closely with elementary teachers and the curriculum team to help support curricular and instructional initiatives. Additionally, Meggan is co-coordinator of the district’s New Teacher Induction Program along with Sandy Halpin. Mrs. Alt earned her undergraduate degree from Providence College in Elementary and Special Education and a master’s degree in Special Education from LeMoyne College. She lives in New Hartford with her husband, two daughters, and dog.
