Re: Introduction to the new SchoolTool Parent Portal

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Welcome to the new school year.  To increase our communications with you, we have implementing the new Parent/Student Portal Schooltool.

There are many enhancements to this system including a mobile app which is available in the Apple app store and the Google play store. Please just search for SchoolTool

The schooltool Parent Portal will include student grades, schedules, attendance, progress and demographic information in a friendly easy to use format. We hope that the access to this information will increase communication between school and home.

The Portal will be accessible through the District Website, the Jr. or Sr. High Homepages, or the Mobile App. Presently, students have access to the portal with their normal school username and password and will be able to retrieve schedules and information when they become available.

As with any system, we would like to ensure all data is correct and up to date. Pleaes be aware that all parents must register to receive an account and be connected to his/her student(s).

Please complete and sign the Parent Portal Access Form and return to the Jr. or Sr. High School Main Office. The form is available for download in the menu to the left.

Thank you in advance for completing the form and returning it to the school. Additionally, thank you for your continued interest and communication regarding the success of your student’s academic progress.
