Welcome  from the President on behalf of the Foundation Board

Alumni, parents and students, and friends in the community,

Thank you for your support of the New Hartford Central School District. Triple A+'s years of planning and construction have come to fruition: we have improved and excellent facilities for the arts, athletics, and science and technology. State-of-the-art facilities — and more importantly, the education that goes on within them — could not be possible without our teachers, administrators, students and community.

As someone who benefited from a New Hartford education, I am proud to serve on the school District's Foundation. In addition to our annual Brick campaign, the Foundation's recent fundraising efforts have included those to purchase the concert grand piano in 2010, and the launch in 2011 of our signature event, the mother-son Prince Charming Ball. Thanks to generous sponsors and donors the Foundation has made two gifts of $5,000 to the District to support the purchase of SMART Boards and in-classroom libraries.

I look forward to having alumni more directly and more actively engaged in the support of the New Hartford School District.  More to follow as we embark on our initiatives.
