Library Mission Statement The mission of the media/technology program is to teach students the skills needed to use information, technology and ideas creatively and effectively, and to empower students to become life-long learners. |
PICTURING AMERICA @ Perry Junior High The Picturing America grant is a new initiative from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the American Library Association. This art initiative brings masterpieces of American art into classrooms and libraries so students and citizens might gain a deeper appreciation of our country's history and character through the study and understanding of art. Our library has received high-quality reproductions of forty works of different types of American art covering everything from portraits to sculpture, 18th century to contemporary art.
